Damian sighed, and leant against a rock he could see jets of breath rushing out in front of his face it was getting dark now and he was still out in the open. He shivered then stood up and began to continue to trudge through the snow. The white blanketed earth was beginning to be quite deceptive and every step was a gamble, underneath it could be firm ground and or a fifty foot drop. The low temperature was beginning to seriously affect Damian's mental and physical wellbeing, he had to find shelter soon.

After another couple of minutes making slow progress through the snow Damian reached a clearing a half mile stretch of frozen lake lay in front of him, but on the other side he could see the slight outline of trees and a rock formation, somewhere where he might be able to sleep. Damian decided that because he was ignorant to how thick the ice was it would be pretty much suicidal to try and cross the ice the only alternative would be to crawl along the ridge along the side of the lake. Wasting no time he set off along the snow coated bank, the going became tough and he was forced to crawl along the snow to avoid falling.

He winced as the icy wind beat harshly across his face snow seeped down his neck and melted over his back, he knew he wouldn't be able to carry on like this, he had to rest. Damian lay there in the snow like a turtle on its back breathing heavily. His eye lashes were frozen over making it painful and difficult to see he could only squint through the ice and try and make out the terrain in front of him. After a couple of minutes, Damian stood up again, getting ready to continue, he stepped forward and his foot sank into the snow, but it didn't hit something firm, something covered with ice was sticking diagonally out of the snow. Keeping a grip was impossible, Damian's leg gave way he fell away from the slope and cleared the edge before plummeting towards the ice coated lake.

The ice proved to be a bit thicker than he had expected, "Thwack!" He hit the ice, hard. Damian lay there on his back sprawled out over the cracked ice his head was spinning in a daze he couldn't feel his legs and he couldn't move his arms. He could hardly breath and could already taste blood on his lips, he gazed wearily up at the ledge from which he had fallen it seemed to be several metres above him, he was helpless and alone. Hot tears began to form in his eyes and disperse down his cheeks before freezing and clinging painfully to his neck. Snow began to fall again spiralling down from the sky and landing across his limp body. He groaned and looked up weakly at the dull sky before beginning to black out.

Mean while up in the sky above a solitary Latias laboured gracefully through the silent air after a couple of minutes she reached the frozen lake and saw a strange outline far below on the ice. Being the adventurous kind the Latias swooped down for closer inspection she landed softly on the ice next to Damian, normally she wouldn't risk getting this close to humans but this one didn't seem to be in the position to battle. She cautiously nudged him with her beak like mouth to see how he would react.

Damian looked up weakly at the Pokémon "A Latias? Stone me, I must be bad..." He thought to himself. The Latias looked at him in shock, he looked barely alive there was a large cut on his forehead which trickled blood down his face his body seemed twisted and miss-shapen. Not wanting to make things worse for him Latias turned away to take flight again, but then stopped, she couldn't just leave him there, she really didn't need a dead trainer on her conscience. Damian reached out weakly and placed a hand gently on the Pokémon's neck "He wasn't dreaming? It was an actual Latias!?"

Suddenly Damian picked up some strange voice in his head "Ok...can you move your legs" Damian was startled, he was hearing voices now? The voice spoke again "Wh...who are you?" He stammered. He gazed at the Latias, the Pokémon smiled in return. "You?" He exclaimed. The Latias nodded "It's fine please don't panic" Said the voice calmingly "But how...?" He said out loud "That's not important right now" Interrupted the voice "How do you feel" Damian tried to sit up but only felt a strange tingling in his legs, the fall had paralyzed him...

"Help me...please..." He begged the Pokémon; the Latias didn't really know what to do. She reached forward and placed a wing gently on his chest, he getting cold. She looked around desperately for something to help. The now covered ground blended in with the dull white sky to form scenery as blank as a canvas. She looked at him again, there had to be something she could do, the Latias wasn't a doctor but she knew if he wasn't warmed up soon he would die!

Not being a fire Pokémon Latias wouldn't be able to make fire just like that and setting up a fire on the ice was just asking for it but she didn't want to try and drag him back on the bank in case she accidently finished off his spine or something. She sighed and watched as the jet of breath shot out of her mouth and dispersed into the cold air, suddenly she got an Idea. Why didn't she think of that before? She was probably the only major heat source in miles.

The Latias leant forward and dealt a warm sensuous like to Damian's face she knew it wasn't right but he actually tasted quite nice. She looked at him awkwardly "Well it's for his own good" She thought to herself. Latias leant forward and moved her mouth over to Damian's head. Wasting no time she widened her mouth over Damian's head. Damian felt the warm soft flesh of the insides on Latias's mouth slide over his forehead. "Um Latias? ... What are you doing?" He asked nervously. The Latias just ignored him and took a small gulp; her lips began to slide over his face, buttering it with saliva. She could already feel Damian's forehead begin to slip past he palatal valve and into the first ring of soft flesh at the entrance to her throat.

Damian was terrified, why was she doing this? He couldn't resist due to the paralysis but something was telling him he could trust the Pokémon. The Latias took another gulp and sighed contently as her throat muscles enveloped around Damian's head and pulled him in a little deeper. Should she really be enjoying this? Her original plan was too hold his head for a couple of minutes then spit him out again, but having the fleshy weight of live prey in her mouth was beginning to awaken instincts, In her mind there was no connection between swallowing something and killing it. As long as it helped I mean...leaving him there wasn't going to make him better, but would he be Ok with this.

She took another small gulp and eases his shoulders into her mouth, but still focusing on the sensation of having Damian's head make its way down her throat. She was making steady progress. The Pokémon continued to take long slow gulps to shift Damian deeper into her body. Using her wings she reached out and took a firm grip on Damian's thighs before pulling them up to her mouth she groaned slightly as his lower torso was eased through into the soft warm gullet, yes he tasted nice, but swallowing something about half as big as you is no easy task and every gulp proved to be quite painful.

After a couple of minutes Damian's waist was worked into the Pokémon's eager mouth. Latias leaned back and hoisted the trainers limp legs up into the air to allow gravity to assist. This turned out to be a good idea as it almost doubled the original speed of consumption and after no time at all it was just Damian's ankles sticking weakly out of her mouth. After another few gulps they too were soon nothing but twitching bulges in Latias's neck. The Pokémon sat  back on this ice and smiled slightly as she felt the lower part of her meal approach the stomach. Damian's parallelises was beginning to wear off as his body was processed down the throat.

Finally he could feel his body being squeezed out into the warm slimy sack, this he could only assume was her stomach. As the rest of him was compressed through he slid down the stomach wall and into the thick pool of warm bubbling stomach juices. The stomach gurgled happily as at began to massage its new contents. "Are you Ok now?" Began the voice "Um...I feel a bit better" Replied Damian nervously. The Latias gently stroked the bulge in her stomach with her wing, He could still feel this under an inch of flesh though.

Latias then took off into the air and continued with her journey. Over the next couple of hours Damian's condition improved as he thawed out, his head ache went, the parallelises wore off and his aching bones began to patch themselves up a little. "Thank you for saving me back there" He eventually said "Oh you're welcome" Replied the voice. Being spoken to via telekinetic was kind of awkward and Damian found himself in debt for conversation. "It's nice in here" He said "I don't think I've ever been so comfortable. "So...where do you live" Asked the voice "I'm sorry" Damian replied "I don't really remember much before the fall" "But where can I drop you off then?" Asked Latias

Damian thought deeply for a second "Um...well..." He began "Can I stay with you? Like...forever?" At this Latias fell silent Damian groaned, "what was he thinking? Of course he couldn't...Hah like a legendary was going to look after him?" Suddenly he felt the stroking over the stomach again. "Yes" Said the Latias "Yes you can" Damian couldn't believe it ... she had said yes...

In the following days several search parties were sent out after Damian all of which failed he was assumed dead and his house was put into inheritance. To this day he was just know as another soul claimed by the mountains, this of course was rubbish. The real Damian spends an eternity inside the nurturing softness of the legendary Pokémon's stomach. That particular Latias was never seen again, her where about is only know by one other person, the trainer who was taken into Latias's heart.
